We trust you will not have cause to complain about our service. However, should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our service, please write, e-mail or call Lesley Wells who will deal with your complaint? Details of how to contact us are contained in the contact page on this website.

Lesley Wells will contact you within five days of receipt of your complaint and within four weeks we will either send you a final response or let you know why we need further time to deal with your complaint. By the end of eight weeks, we will either send you our final response to your complaint or let you know when we expect to be able to give you a final response
